We are pleased to announce that James (“J”) Andris has joined our practice.  J is an experienced litigator and transactional attorney. He draws on his diverse background to provide efficient, goal-oriented solutions to entrepreneurs and established businesses alike. His clients include dental professionals and other high-net-worth individuals across the country who are interested in starting new ventures, acquiring existing enterprises, or expanding their operations. He has facilitated multimillion dollar deals, defended class action lawsuits, coordinated nationwide discovery procedures, and diffused contentious business disputes.

Prior to joining Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC, J worked for a firm of more than 400 attorneys, clerked or externed at every level of the state judiciary, and graduated with honors from the William & Mary Law School. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
