We are pleased to announce Chad E. Odhner has joined our practice!

concentrates his practice in general corporate law. He counsels clients on various business transactions including mergers, acquisitions, entity formation, loan agreements, leasing agreements, buy-sell agreements, and commercial contracts.

Prior to joining Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC, Chad served as Assistant General Counsel at the National Board of Medical Examiners and previously worked as an associate attorney at Duane Morris LLP in Philadelphia.

Chad graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University School of Law in 2014, where he was Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review, was elected to the Order of the Coif and received the Dorothy Day Award for Pro Bono service. He graduated magna cum laude from Bryn Athyn College in 2011 where he was valedictorian.

Chad is active in his community and church in Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania where he resides with his wife and three children.
