


A fifth-generation estate attorney, Allyssa Embery-Zimmaro advises clients on a wide range of estate planning and estate and trust administration matters. With a focus on wealth preservation, Allyssa helps individuals and families understand the important role a well-structured estate plan can play in ensuring tax-saving strategies remain aligned with long-term client goals. In addition to her estate planning practice, Allysa provides guidance to clients throughout the probate and estate administration process.
Prior to joining the firm, Allyssa practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm and two boutique firms in the greater Philadelphia area, assisting clients with estate planning and estate and trust administration matters at all levels of complexity. Allyssa’s experience also includes multiple guest speaking events, presentations, and educational seminars in the local community on the topics of estate planning (including drafting considerations for wills, trusts and powers of attorney), the probate process, and the fundamentals of estate and trust administration.
Allyssa earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Economics from Millersville University in Lancaster, PA. She attended Widener Delaware Law School, where she served as a member of the Widener Delaware Women’s Law Caucus. Allyssa is an alumni member of the National Society of Leadership & Success. She is also a current member of the Rockledge Fox Chase Business Association and a member of the Montco Gateway Chamber of Commerce’s elder care consortium group. In 2022, Allyssa was the proud recipient of the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce’s “Young Professional of the Year” Award.
When she’s not in the office, Allyssa enjoys fishing, making epoxy resin artwork, and spending time with her family in Rockledge.
