Jules S. Henshell

Jules S. Henshell focuses on health law, issues of privacy, compliance, regulatory and administrative law, appellate law, provider reimbursement and licensing.  He has represented physicians, nursing homes, hospitals, healthcare staffing entities, mental health and mental retardation facilities and government contractors. In addition, Mr. Henshell has served as counsel to one of the largest national class action settlement trusts.

Mr. Henshell maintains the highest attorney rating from Martindale Hubbell and is listed in their Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers. Mr. Henshell graduated, cum laude, from Dickinson College and from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law. Mr. Henshell is admitted to the practice of law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; the Federal District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania; and the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.

Mr. Henshell has significant experience in government, having served as Regional Counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare and a Senior Deputy Attorney General in the Special Litigation Section of the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.
