Biography: Mr. Semanoff graduated from the University of Maryland with High Honors and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi scholastic honor societies. After graduation, he attended Albany Law School where he also served for two years as a Legislative Assistant to a New York City Assemblyman in the New York State Assembly. Following law school, Mr. Semanoff returned home to Philadelphia, joined a Center City Law Firm and began to develop his litigation skills and his relentless attention to detail which would become his hallmark in years to come.
Mr. Semanoff heads the firm’s Complex Bodily Injury practice. He has successfully represented clients against major automotive, consumer product and boating manufacturers as well as negligent health care providers including hospitals, physicians and dentists. In addition to representing clients in serious and complex bodily injury cases, Mr. Semanoff is also an accomplished Commercial Litigator. He regularly represents physicians in a variety of matters including partnership disputes and insurance related litigation. He also has represented numerous financial institutions, corporations and small businesses in both federal and state courts
Mr. Semanoff has also taught other professionals in the Penn State Paralegal Program, has lectured to community groups and has served as an Expert Witness in Legal Malpractice cases
